INSTEP SAFARI SWIVEL DOUBLE JOGGING STROLLER
->
I would recommend getting a sunshade extender, though…if you are facing the sun head on there is no protection at all.
So overall, if you aren’t looking to spend $500 on a dbl stroller, I would get this one. Probably an older kid wouldn’t mind SO much that he/she is a little tall…I mean, even though my daughter is she didn’t complain about it, and was able to lie down on her side to nap…so it is really just me.
It is a good stroller for the price, and older kids want to walk a lot of the time anyway, so it’s good enough.
Manufacturer: Pacific Cycle, Inc.
Keep yourself in tiptop shape even with two kids in tow with the InStep Safari swivel double jogging stroller. The stroller--which fuses comfort, function, and style--features large 12-inch pneumatic front wheels that maneuver easily in tight spaces, along with large 16-inch rear wheels that smoothly handle almost any terrain. The plush cabin, meanwhile, seats two children at once, so you can bring along the twins when heading to the park. And parents will love the spacious under-seat storage basket, which is ideal for groceries, toys, and personal items. Other features include a parent console, a collapsible frame that folds up for easy storage, a removable seat pad, a grab bar, and a weight capacity of 100 pounds. The Safari double jogging stroller measures 33 by 39.5 by 53 inches (W x H x D) and weighs 34 pounds.

Too small for bundled up two year-olds
I bought this stroller second-hand but in excellent condition. I have two two year-old boys of medium size for their ages, and, with winter coats on, this stroller is just too small. The straps on the five-point harness are adjusted to their loosest, and yet they are too tight. Sometimes I can't even fasten them! That isn't the only size problem, either; their heads touch the top, and their isn't enough room width-wise, either.
The "sunshade" is utterly useless. It might as well not even be there. It only "protects" from the sun if the sun is directly behind you. I have to drape a blanket off the front of the shade when heading into the sun, no matter where in the sky it is, or my sons complain.
The one good feature are the underseat baskets, which are large and easier to access than our BOB Revolution. Also the swivel front wheel, but the BOB has that, too.
As far as handling, I find this stroller a bit cumbersome. While it fits out the gates from our backyard, I can never get through without hitting one side or the other and having to readjust.
I am seriously considering re-selling this stroller and just sucking up the very expensive cost of the BOB. I love the single Revolution that I have, and I do think it is worth it.

Safari Double Jogger
I really like this jogger, it's easy to steer with the swiveling front wheel and is very quiet. The only draw back is that there are no bottle/cup/drink holders. I really miss that from my old single stroller.

Good for price
I bought this for my 6 month and 2 1/2 yr old. The 2 yr old has nearly outgrown it length wise. Like other reviews I read before purchasing this product the sun shade is useless. The basket underneath is split in half which makes it difficult for me to put the backpack that I use as a diaper bag underneath (after lots of wiggling, shoving, grunting it finally fits.) I have pinched my fingers in the buckles more than once. Other than these complaints I like the stroller. It pushes well through gravel, is easy for me to load and unload in my small suv, and the kids can nap in it.

Easy To Use
We bought this stroller over a year ago. The first one we got actually broke (the front wheel) but we sent it back and got the second one. I like this stroller because it is very easy to maneuver when the front wheel isn't locked. It doesn't go through some doorways at stores, etc. very easily, but it is a great general purpose stroller especially for walks. The price is good and this is an overall good stroller. It does fold up easily but it is a little difficult to put into our car's trunk, but it is a double stroller so I don't expect it to be too compact.

Wonderful on rough terrian!
This jogger is wonderful on our dirt road and on hiking paths. It is surprisingly light-weight and with the swivel wheel, it turns like a dream. It really does move well and is easy to push with very little effort. It was well worth the money as we use it on our 1/2 mile dirt drive everyday, at least twice a day. My 2 1/2 year old daughter and 10 month old son absolutely love it.
The only draw back is that it doesn't provide much shade, but I saw that with most of the others I researched. A snack/drink tray would be nice, but I can do without that for how well it handles.
