I’m happy about my new baby brother and all but jeez! I gotta use the only toilet this house has but I don’t know how to get this thing off!! Somebody please inform me on how to get this off or my bladder just might explode!

  2. This is such a ridiculous excuse for a toilet seat lid. It’s easy enough to install but hello! What’s to stop anybody, especially a toddler from lifting the entire seat and lid together? Not a thing! The “kit” that comes with it to secure it to the toilet rim is a joke in that it rattles around like crazy and when it’s closed, it doesn’t fit snuggly around the seat so it’s completely loose. Total and complete piece of junk!!!

This is great. It attached to the toilet just fine, no problem. And my son has not been able to open the toilet since it was put on.

  4. Twin Mom says:

It doesn’t lock “tight” so they can still slip their fingers between the lids, and touch the seat, or below the seat, which is kind of gross to me. But we’ve had the lock for a couple of months now, and my 20 month old twins have yet to open the lid. So for safety purposes, it does the job, and I am satisfied.

  5. I tried two other toilet locks and neither worked. The one that suctions onto the back of the toilet was the worst. This lock, however, really works! You do have to work a little to get it adjusted the first time. It also seems to work better when placed toward the front of the bowl. Consequently, it is a little in the way when you use the toilet. However, it’s small, inexpensive, simple to unlock with one hand, and so far toddler-proof! I plan on buying a second one for the other bathroom. I was waiting to be sure I liked this one and didn’t throw more money down the toilet.
